Mobile Care Health offers a range of advanced and specialty lab tests designed to support personalized care. These include functional evaluations of gut health, hormone metabolism, toxin exposure, and nutritional status.

These tests are used for clinical insight and wellness optimization only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition as defined by the FDA. Some labs used may be classified as Laboratory Developed Tests (LDTs), which are not FDA-approved for diagnostic use but are commonly used by licensed providers within integrative and functional medicine.

We strongly encourage patients to discuss all test findings with their provider and understand that test results should be interpreted in the context of a full clinical evaluation.

The initial consultation is $399. After this consultation, we will recommend that you work with us for a period of time, 3, 6, or 12 months, depending on your individual needs. Pricing ranges from $799 to $999 per month, with discounts for prepaid plans.

Mobile Care Health does not accept insurance, which allows us to offer more time, more personalized care, and fewer restrictions on the treatments we can recommend. However, you may be able to use your HSA or FSA for labs, medications, supplements, or consults, depending on your plan.

Yes! We offer telehealth functional medicine services in over 40 states. Lab kits and compounded medications can be shipped directly to your door, and consults are done via secure video.

Mobile Care, LLC offers goods and services that are irrevocable. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for any product or service that has been injected or used in your treatment. In consenting to be treated, it is important that clients understand and accept this condition. Peptide formulations are made for each individual patient. Once an order for peptides has been submitted and sent for compounding no refunds are available.
