Mobile Care Health is located in Denver, Colorado. We provide mobile services in the Denver metro area. We offer telehealth services in multiple states with Mobile Care Health providers who hold licenses in the following states:

Mobile Care Health provides phone support for patients from 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday.

Does Mobile Care Health require a membership?

Yes. To receive services at Mobile Care Health, patients must either maintain an active Rewards Membership OR have an active subscription for one of the following medications or treatments, including:

  • Longevity Telehealth Plans
  • Monthly Hormone Balancing Plans (includes TRT, BHRT with Estradiol/Progesterone/Testosterone, Thyroid Optimization, and Enclomiphene)
  • GLP-1 Max Plans
  • Concierge Plans
  • Mold Treatment Plans

If you are currently enrolled in one of these subscriptions, a Rewards Membership is NOT required to access care.

Are all Mobile Care Health patients required to enroll in a Rewards Membership?

No. Patients who are enrolled in one of the following active subscription plans are not required to maintain a separate Rewards Membership:

  • Longevity Telehealth Plans

Is Mobile Care Health a compounding pharmacy?

No. Mobile Care Health is a private practice that works closely with compounding pharmacies. Compounded medications are prepared by licensed pharmacies for individual patients and have not been reviewed or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for safety or effectiveness. Mobile Care Health complies with all applicable state and federal regulations and does not claim equivalence to any FDA-approved product. Results and patient responses vary.

What compounding pharmacies does Mobile Care Health use?

Compounded medications are prepared by licensed pharmacies for individual patients and have not been reviewed or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for safety or effectiveness. All our pharmacy partners are required to maintain third-party certification (Legitscript and or NABP)

Does Mobile Care Health offer medical services for groups or events?

Yes. We offer mobile Rock Doc services for artists, actors and principles. Mobile Care Health provides mobile executive healthcare for visiting dignitaries or anyone requiring medical providers and equipment to travel with them during a visit to Denver.

Whats is the cost of a new patient consult?

Consultations for new telehealth patients are $499. This includes consultation and a 12-month membership.

Consultations for new weight loss patients are $599. This includes consultation, 2ml vial of tirzepatide with B12/glycine for qualifying patients, and a 12-month membership.

Can I order labs through Mobile Care Health?

Yes. Existing patients may order labs and take advantage of reduced-cost labs at any LabCorp or Quest location.

When will I receive my peptides?

Compounded medications require 10-15 business days for compounding, depending on the availability of raw materials. Once an order is sent for compounding no we are unable to offer a refund.

Does Mobile Care Health have a shipping policy?

Cold peptides are shipped overnight via UPS or FedEx and may require a signature on delivery. This ensures your peptides remain cold and are placed in the refrigerator on arrival. Insurance covers lost or stolen packages; it does not cover missed deliveries.

Can I pick my meds up from Mobile Care Health

You may have (qualifying) medication shipped to the clinic. Please speak with our support staff to arrange local pickup.

Does Mobile Care Health take HSA?

Yes we do! We can also provide a super bill (its not super!) for you to submit for reimbursement from your insurance.

How do the appointments work?

We offer telehealth appointments until 10pm MT at night and on weekends. Crazy right? Its as if people are busy during the day or they work nights and need their provider to understand their schedule.🤔
