Semaglutide is a glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist, also referred to as an incretin mimetic. It works to enhance the growth of beta cells in the pancreas, which are sites of insulin production. This means your body has improved control over blood sugar spikes. Semaglutide delays gastric emptying, which reduce appetite, improve control of eating, and reduce food cravings. It is sold under the brand names Ozempic© or Wegovy© or the generic Semaglutide.

Lipotropic Injections

LIV Injection

L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, and L-Valine are branch chain amino acids. Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) are a group of three essential amino acids: leucine, isoleucine, and valine. BCAA’s are roughly 1/3 of the amino acids within muscle tissue. Essential amino acids are not synthesized by the body on their own. This is why supplementation is needed. This specific amino promotes muscle growth by protein synthesis.

GOAL Injection

GOAL is an amino acid blend that is commonly utilized for weight loss and endurance. Glutamine improves immunity, aids in cellular repair, healing, and intestinal health. Ornithine helps to manage fatigue by stabilizing energy levels and promoting better sleep. It’s utilized to reduce fatigue and improve measures of athletic performance such as speed, strength, and power in some people

Advanced Obesity Drug

AOD9604 (Advanced Obesity Drug) is a synthetic peptide fragment that comprises a modified 15 amino acid region of GH with a tyrosine component to help stabilize the molecule. It was originally developed by Professor Frank Ng at Monash University in Australia, with the intent of finding an anti-obesity drug that had the fat burning effects of human growth hormone (HGH) without the muscle-building effect.

Low dose naltrexone works by boosting your natural endorphins. Endorphins are hormones produced by your body to relieve stress and pain. They trigger positive feelings and are thought to be the cause of “runner’s high.” Endorphins also help regulate the immune system, calming it down in autoimmune disorders, and revving it up when needed. In addition to LDN’s effects on endorphins and the immune system, it works to reduce inflammation.

LDN does not help all patients lose weight. Exactly why some patients respond to this drug and others do not is still not known, but research shows that LDN can significantly lower insulin resistance, which is a frequent cause of weight gain. This is especially true if a person also has hypothyroidism.

LDN works by suppressing your appetite, over a period of time your body becomes used to not being hungry all the time. LDN therapy requires bloodwork to check thyroid and kidney function before starting. Small pellets are placed and last 3-6 months depending on the dose and the BMI of the patient.
