Starting a family? Did you know that the chances of becoming pregnant without any assistance range from only 15-20%. Couples may try for months or years without success, turning to IVF, costing $15,000-$30,000 per cycle. Your fertility window begins the day an egg is released from your ovary. Having intercourse the day before your fertility window starts and for the next few days represents the best possibility of becoming pregnant.

Mobile Care Health offers fertility window prediction through bi-monthly laboratory assessments and a unique AI program. Through our partnership with Fertilai your promise of pregnancy increases without medications or fertility treatments.

FERTILITY FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Patients will book and complete a consult with one our providers. During the consult we will discuss how we can help you have a baby, using AI fertility prediction. After the consult an initial set of labs will be taken. This will include:
- Complete Blood Count
- Metabolic Panel
- Thyroid Panel
- Vitamin Levels
- Pregnancy Test
Patients will use AI fertility app to log their cycles and follow instructions for regular blood draws. Your provider will meet with you monthly and coach you throughout the process, serving as an expert guide in your fertility journey. Once you are pregnant we transfer care to your OBGYN along with all your data and records.

Yes. We will contact your OBGYN to ensure that you have established care, prior to starting.
Yes. We recommend a pre-conception genetic screening and a general health screening of yourself and your partner.
The initial consultation and labs is $250. This includes the cost of the labs. If you are approved, the monthly fee is $849.
Your membership will renew each month until cancellation. Patients 18-30 may participate for 12 months. Patients 31-36 may participate for 6 months.
Patients who do not have a positive pregnancy test, in 6 or 12 months (see above) will be referred to a local fertility expert.
No additional fees are associated with the Fertility Program. However, additional services may be accessed by patients.

Unfortunately, Mobile Care Health does not accept insurance and fertility treatment is not always covered. We do accept HSA.
Yes we do! We can also provide a super bill (its not super!) for you to submit for reimbursement from your insurance.
We send you everything you need for the first 6 months in one of our peptide kits, direct to your door. If you need a peptide refill kit, this can be purchased for $15. A complete peptide box with a sharps container is $20.
Mobile Care Health allows for you to complete labs at a LabCorp location near you. Please check that you have a location near you. Labs are drawn 2-3 times per month.
We offer telehealth appointments until 10pm MT at night and on weekends. Crazy right? Its as if people are busy during the day or they work nights and need their provider to understand their schedule.🤔
